As the product and technology owner, I led the vision and execution for Trader Traxx, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for vehicle dealerships. This ecosystem includes inventory management, CRM, audience reporting, and a companion mobile app, growing from 8,000 to over 10,000 dealerships and managing over $80M in annual revenue.
Lead Intelligence Data Service
I owned the product vision and architecture for Lead Intelligence, a service that transforms tens of millions of audience search events into actionable buyer intelligence. Deployed to over 5,000 dealerships, this data product generated over $4M in new revenue by helping sales teams prioritize high-value leads.
Dealer Website Platform (WYSIWYG)
Built a drag-and-drop WYSIWYG website builder for dealerships. The platform includes a CRM, inventory management, and a content management system (CMS), allowing dealers to build and maintain a professional web presence with no technical expertise. The platform is used by over 1,000 dealerships and generates more than $4M in annual revenue.
