My Whiskey Blends

Each year I make a blend or two of whiskey in my 10L charred oak barrel to be enjoyed with friends and on holiday occasions. Over the years I’ve kept a record of these blends. Here I’ll rate them and some general thoughts about the flavor profile of each.
